As you know, we have been working closely with Barrington Bank and Trust on several significant commercial real estate loans for area developments. The level of service provided by both facilities has been unequaled in terms of receiving a customized focus on our financial needs. Bank leadership is willing to think out of the box with creativity, a value that is critical in today’s lending environment. The depth of the Wintrust organization brings the necessary capital foundation for major transactions, which we have found very difficult or impossible for many local community banks to offer. This allows us to keep our money and lender local, which is a strategic benefit to our firm.

This being said, the key source of differentiation in our view has been the ability of all Barrington and Palatine Bank and Trust team members to execute quickly and efficiently to service our banking needs.
